The MIT-Empowering the Teachers Program (MIT-ETT) is a semester long fellowship accepting engineering professors who are currently teaching at local universities in Nigeria and who recently completed their Ph.D. If you are eligible to apply based on the above criteria, please continue reading.
ETT applications for the 2025-2026 academic year must be submitted online through this system. If this is your first time visiting this registration web page, please click the blue "Register" button at the top right and create a SurveyMonkey Apply account. When creating an account make sure to choose "Empowering the Teachers" in the "Applicant Type" field. The email address and password you use to register will be used throughout the application process. At any point before the deadline, you will be able to save your work and log back in at a later date to continue from where you left off.
If you already have an account and you would like to continue your application, click the "Log In" button above, enter your account information, and resume your application.
